We want you to be fully satisfied with your Circa Survive fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your return is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
